Alternately, we are more than happy to replace any item that is faulty at our own cost. To make an application for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of your face before using our product.
- Use our products exactly as instructed.
- Take a clear photo after using product. If the product is faulty, please take a short video showing the issue with the problem eg; lights do not work, not powering up etc.
- Email or Facebook Message us the before and after photos or video, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it.
- Product/s must have been purchased from www.afacetolove.com.
- Items must be returned to us at your own expense for a refund to the value paid.
- Once we agree to the return, please send your item/s to the provided address within 7 days.
- We advise you use a traceable postage service as A Face To Love will not be responsible for parcels that do not reach our returns address.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
